Dr. Flamand was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Dr. Flamand prides herself on building rapport with her patients and her excellent quality of care. She treats all ages and all conditions of health. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her fiancé and her dogs.

Dr. Flamand completed a Biochemistry Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Winnipeg before pursuing her Dentistry degree at the University of Manitoba. While in school for dentistry she was president of the student association and won multiple awards for leadership, volunteering, and academia.

After finishing dental school, she pursued further training at Western University as a General Practice Resident within the London Health Science Center. Here she gained further knowledge in surgical procedures, working with medically complex patients, and dental emergencies. Dr. Flamand returned to Victoria Hospital and currently treats head and neck oncology patients in her hospital-based practice.
